y am i saying that hell matters here...serious bengang giler dengan management dowg yg nth ape2 tu...4 those who really thinks they r so genius doing thing that employees can't accept..who do you think you are..without us..you can't even handle a single work n manage that damn restaurant by ur own...please..dekat sini ..aku nak nyatakan yang management team harus berfikiran positif terhadap pekerja2 bawahan dowg...xsemestinya ape yang korang (managers) buat tu semua betul...maybe korang ikut prosedur, tp itu hanya semata-mata black n white ats kertas je...contohnya..dtg je owg atasan as area manager ..dtg outlet owg n marah2 sbb produk keluar lambat sdgkn dine in tgh ramai dengan customer pd waktu kemuncak...kne la consider ckit..ape kate management team turun padang skali tolong "anak buah " skali...? kn tu nilai2 murni yg mesti ade pd seorang pemimpin atau leader ??? jangan hanye tahu nak scolded workers sbb mereka pon manusia juga bknnye robot...beringatlah sikit..tanpa adenye pkerja..sesebuah operasi restoran akan terjejas...dan terbantut...plise la...we as employees deserves a better place to work...bknnye keldai..or lembu...treat us nicely...we will treat u nicely..respect us as we all respect u all (managers)..respect each others...kadang kite ni pangkat saje yg tggi tak semestinya u all (managers) bijak dlm mbuat keputusan..kesemua pkerja2 bawahan ataupun staff macam aku..adalah berpendidikan tggi and educated..ramai yg lepasan Universiti / stpm / colleges...we are all sume freshies...we do know how to think as u are...we were develop our self better than u are..kadang tu..kami punye idea2 x diterima oleh management team....ape korang pkir ktowg pnye idea ni 'sampah ' ke ??...come on la..tu gne nye pikiran belia macam ktowg ni...(youth)...harap2 management di Pizza Hut Port Dickson lebih maju sekiranya ape yg aku cakap ni mmbuat kowg sedar n terima kesilapan sendiri...bknnye sombong bodoh...ingat...what goes around comes around...~
